What to send

Corrections. If something published here is wrong, tell me. Include the article URL and the specific claim you’re disputing. Corrections are made regardless of who reports them, and the process is described on the About page. This is the most useful message you can send.

Source tips. Filings, guidance documents, benchmark results, incident reports — anything primary. Documents are more useful than summaries.

Questions about an article. If something in a piece isn’t clear or you think the reasoning breaks down, say so. Several articles have been revised because a reader pushed back.

Press and speaking. Enquiries about commentary, contribution or collaboration.

Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of data held about you, per the Privacy Policy.

What not to send

No confidential material. This is a publication, not a secure channel. Don’t send privileged, commercially sensitive or embargoed material through this form or by email. There is no confidentiality protection on either.

No vulnerability reports for third-party systems. If you’ve found a flaw in someone else’s product, report it to that vendor’s disclosure programme. This site publishes analysis; it does not intake or coordinate disclosures.

No paid placement requests. Sponsored articles, paid reviews and link insertions aren’t accepted, and those messages don’t get a reply.

Response times

Most messages get a reply within a few working days.

Corrections are prioritised over everything else. Press enquiries with a deadline should say so in the subject line.
